      The packaging will vary from clear vacuum sealed or freezer paper wrapped steaks & roasts, 1lb ground beef square or tube packages, 2lb ground beef paper packages, PLUS we are including our limited small batch smoked pastrami & roast beef!

      Select your size box and we will meet you for pick-up at the specified pick-up days/locations in Talent or Medford given at checkout OR deliver it to you on Thursdays (within the Rogue Valley)
