The most important reason we buy Diamond Bar Beef is the quality of the beef, for health reasons. My naturopath recommends eating only clean grass fed and finished beef. We’ve had experience with four different ranches so far, and Diamond Bar Beef is superior – – not even close. Without a doubt, the best beef I’ve ever eaten.  All the reasons you mention are important to us.  And recommending Southern Oregon Fine Meats was also very helpful to us because I think for the first time, we’re actually getting all our beef, and everyone is so nice and helpful. The beef is always nicely trimmed and well packed.  So thank you for supplying us with the best beef out there.
