Well, that is where our story begins.
Just like many of our best customers, we understand what it is like not to be able to trust what’s being sold at the grocery stores and not know how to have access to anything better. When our desire to produce the cleanest, purest, beef paired with our passion to preserve the agricultural ground around us in our growing valley, Dauenhauer Cattle LLC Grass-fed & Finished Beef came to fruition in 2013. Then in 2018 we expanded into the brand of Diamond Bar Beef, produced by Dauenhauer Cattle, providing the purest grass fed and finished beef from our pasture to your plate.
Located in the beautiful Southern-most Oregon, with a few acres, just as many animals and a lot of hard work, we are committed to doing things the right way and the natural way. Today, we are recognized as the leading farm-to-table meat producer our customers have grown to know and trust.
At Diamond Bar Beef, we are committed to regenerative farming, organically minded, holistic practices and raising our black Angus cattle on God’s green grass from birth to butcher. We ranch without any of the harmful hormones, antibiotics, gmos, grains, vaccines (that even "organic" meat gets), and questionable treatment of the animals you will find in most available sources. We believe this is essential for providing a quality product that is healthy for you, your family, and healing for the environment.
