Our 1/4 Beef is a standard cut side of beef, using our very own favorite cutting instructions, with the contents equally divided to make two equal quarters. You'll receive 100lbs of cut and packaged Premium Diamond Bar Beef and it will take up about 3-4 cubic feet of freezer space, approximately your kitchen freezer. Great for a small family wanting a home supply and delicious meals every time!

We will contact you when we know what harvest date will be yours. Then you will be invoiced for the final amount of $1,200, due at harvest time.
